As part of their Selection Sunday coverage, ESPN had its top basketball analysts call their shots and make their March Madness predictions.

Dick Vitale and Rece Davis were among the analysts to pick Alabama basketball, who is not only the No. 1 seed in the South Region, but the No. 1 overall seed in the 2023 NCAA Tournament.

Vitale predicted Alabama, Duke, Texas, and Gonzaga would reach the Final Four in Houston, with Alabama winning its first national title.

Davis, an Alabama graduate, also predicted the Crimson Tide would make the Final Four, alongside Duke, UConn, and Texas, with Alabama cutting down the nets. Analysts LaPhonso Ellis and Seth Greenberg agreed, both having the same Final Four and the Crimson Tide as their national champion.

Jay Bilas bucked the trend, predicting Alabama to lose in the Elite Eight to Arizona. The Duke graduate had his Blue Devils making the national title game, losing to UConn.
