This will be the second straight year for the Big T camp. More than 80 campers attended the inaugural event in July 2015.

Tillman, the new head football coach of the Pawhuska High School Huskies, added instruction will be tailored to the specific skill level of each camper. The primary goal is to encourage youngsters to “be active, have fun and most importantly — stay safe,” he added.

Other camp instructors are to include former Oklahoma State and NFL quarterback Rusty Hilger, ex-OU quarterback Thomas Lott and multi-talented Melvin Gilliam, who started for OSU teams in both football and basketball. Ex-collegiate and pro players Mark Moore, Terry Peters, Tony Peters, Lewis Blackwell and Mike Hudson will also be instructing.

Campers are to receive lunch, a commemorative T-shirt, bag and water bottle, as well as a copy of Thomas Lott’s book, “Getting in the Game.”
