VYPE voting underway for prep grid positions

VYPE Oklahoma, a free-distribution high school sports magazine, is accepting votes for a Fan’s Choice All-North Oklahoma Football Team.

Fan polling sites opened June 23 and votes will continue to be accepted for specific positions on VYPE’s Regional team through July 30. Voting is free and requires no pre-obligations. Multiple votes are usually accepted. (Write-ins also are permitted.)

Selections to the honorary Fan’s Choice squad will be published in the August issue of VYPE NorthOK.

Pawhuska Huskies’ senior quarterback Colton Hindman was included on VYPE’s list of quarterbacks, which was the position being voted upon from Thursday, June 23, through Tuesday, June 28. As of Sunday night, the All-North leader in the QB voting was Zaven Collins of Hominy.

Voting for VYPE Running Backs started Wednesday, June 29, and ends on Sunday, July 3. Receivers/Tight End will be voted on from July 4-9. Offensive Linemen are on the ballot from July 10–15.

Defensive linemen will be voted on from July 16-20. Linebackers are up for selection July 21-25 and fefensive backs’ voting will be conducted from July 26–30.
