Instead of relying on a bake sale or jog-a-thon to raise money, the Osage Language Immersion School is just cranking it up to 11.

On Dec. 19, Osage musician Natalie Brady is scheduled to perform a benefit concert for Daposka Ahnkodapi at Pawhuska’s Constantine Theater.

Tickets are $5 for children and $10 for adults with all proceeds benefitting the immersion school. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Originally from Tulsa and a graduate of Union High School, Brady lives and performs in Nashville. She appeared earlier this year on NBC’s singing competition show “The Voice.”

The concert is being organized by a group of immersion school parents as part of an on-going effort to support the 2-year-old school’s faculty and staff.
