Loftis earns CIC designation

Lori Loftis of Tolson Agency, Inc., is being congratulated by Joe Strunk, Chairman of Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma, for her recent completion of her Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

Tolson Agency, Inc. of Pawhuska and the National Alliance of Insurance Education & Research announce that Lori A. Loftis has obtained the designation of certified insurance counselor.

Loftis has demonstrated her professional competence through the successful completion of the five certified insurance counselor courses and comprehensive examinations that focus on all major fields of insurance and insurance management, such as property and casualty, personal and commercial lines, commercial multiline, agency management, insurance company operations, life and health, and risk management.

Steve Tolson, president of Tolson Agency, Inc., said, “We are very proud of Lori. She has always had the drive to learn more and when these classes became available she seized the opportunity to further her knowledge and education.”

“The professionalism in which she handles our many clients is one of the solid reasons for our success. We ask the community to join us as we again say, job well done,” Tolson added.

Jeff Phillippi, vice president of Tolson Agency, Inc., stated, “Lori has been with our firm for over 17 years and always works to be a leader in Pawhuska with her current and past work on the Pawhuska School Board, Constantine Arts Council, Kiwanis Club, and the Pawhuska Honors Banquet.”

“She definitely strives to make the community a better place to live,” Phillippi added.

Loftis is the daughter of Jody and Alma Hull and has two grown children, Katy Bruce of Denver, Colo., and Ethan Bruce of Tulsa.
