Style show to feature period clothing

The Drummond Home, an Oklahoma Historical Society property, will hold a period style show, featuring clothing from the Civil War era to the mid 1960s, Sept. 22 at the Osage County Co-op Building on Main St. in Hominy.

HOMINY — The Friends of the Fred Drummond Home are happy to announce that there will be a Style Show at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 22 at the Osage County Co-op building, located at 207 East Main, Hominy, Okla.

Martha Ray of Pawnee, Okla., will be speaking about time-period clothing while her models wear attire from the Civil War era to the mid 1960s. Fifty reservation tickets are on sale now for $12 each and can be purchased at the Drummond Home or by mail, 305 North Price, Hominy, OK 74035.

Purchasing your ticket will ensure you a place at the event. There will be door prizes as well as fingers foods and punch at the style show.
