The Osage County Spelling Bee was Wednesday and we were proud to have our students represent our school so well.
Spring Break runs Monday through Friday, March 23.
March 26, Osage Nation will be at our school to teach ninth through 12th CPR/AED instruction. We are pleased to offer it to our students.
Our sophomores will be attending Tri County Tech for the morning on March 28. The bus will leave at 7 a.m.
The teacher work stoppage will be decided after the Wynona School Board and Superintendent attend a special meeting to determine the legal aspect of the stoppage. Once they have attended the special meeting, a special board meeting will be held to approve or deny the stoppage. We will post the results on our Facebook page (Wynona Public School) as well as sending out a text message. As always, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact the school.
If everything goes as planned we will have a “snow day” on March 30, there will be no school on that day. From the March 30 on we will not have school on Friday until May 11.
End of the year testing will start in April. We will send out notices so students can be well rested and have a good breakfast so they will have ideal test taking skills.
