WYNONA SCHOOL NEWS
(Submitted by Supt. Shelly Shulanberger)
What a great experience our students had on Monday to view the eclipse! They were all very excited to be able to participate! Our teachers did an outstanding job teaching safety, creating pinhole viewers, cereal box viewers and providing an opportunity for our students to encounter this experience. Look on Facebook for pictures!

TRASH NEWS
The rule for the trash pickup in Wynona is that the trash has to be bagged. People are starting to just put loose trash in the polycarts and the trash truck crew will not pick it up. Polycarts should also be secured so that animals cannot tip them over causing trash to blow everywhere. Thanks for helping out with this!
DOGS TO BE ON A LEASH OR IN A PEN
The Wynona leash law states that dogs are to be kept on a leash or in a pen in the owner’s yard. People are out walking for exercise or just trying to go out in their own yards and there are loose dogs out. The officers will be issuing citations for these at large dogs.
