An enthusiastic group of Pawhuska High School graduates took time from Pawhuska’s Fourth of July Freedom Celebration and the Pioneer Woman’s Patriotic Party on the Prairie to pose for a group photo. This photo includes several PHS graduates who are “Saddling up for the All-School Reunion” slated for Oct. 7.

During the next few months, the Journal-Capital will be sharing details about the action-packed schedule planned for the fete. Spokesman Ron Reed said, “Our goal is to make this a BIG reunion with a BIG announcement to come!

“All PHS alums are welcome and encouraged to come, especially for those celebrating milestone anniversaries – 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th and beyond. The celebration is being chaired by the 50-year Reunion Class of 1967 with all other classes joining in. Plan on attending this huge celebration that is going to be up and beyond a great time plus the homecoming football game is scheduled for Friday night, Oct. 6, with the homecoming parade in historic downtown Pawhuska.”
