Early voting to be at Fairgrounds

The county's Early Voting site has moved from the Osage County Election Board to the Osage County Fairgrounds before the Feb. 8, 2022, Bowring C00757 BOE Special, City of Pawhuska Municipal Primary, City of Sand Springs Municipal Primary & City of Tulsa Municipal Special Elections.

Those who want to vote early in person can do so Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022, or Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. Early voting will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Osage County Fairgrounds, 320 Skyline Dr. in Pawhuska.

Voters can see a sample ballot for their precinct by using the Online Voter Tool on the Oklahoma State Election Board’s website at http://elections.ok.gov and entering their name and date of birth, or at www.osage.okcounties.org for voters who want to get a preview of what will be at stake in the Feb. 8, 2022, elections.

Sample ballots are also available at the Osage County Election Board office.

Kelly Chouteau, secretary of the Osage County Election Board, said that sample ballots can be viewed at the Election Board office, located at 630 Kihekah Ave., Pawhuska, during regular office hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sample ballots also will be posted outside the precinct polling places on Tuesday, Feb. 8 so that voters can review them before casting their votes.
