Week of Jan. 27 - Feb. 3

Tri County Technology Center has scheduled a virtual open house for students interested in learning more about the different programs they offer to high school students. Tri County Tech offers 15 various high school programs students can choose to attend for their junior and senior years. Some programs are three years and are available to sophomores. Students must fill out an application to be considered for a program. Students will receive bonus points on their application for attending the virtual open house. The virtual tour is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9. Please visit Tri County Tech's website to learn more about the different programs, the application process, and how to sign up for the virtual tour -- https://tricountytech.edu/high-school/programs/

Barnsdall Public Schools parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for two evenings this week. The conferences will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, and Thursday, Feb. 4. The conferences are a time for parents and guardians to learn about their child's academic performance and receive a progress report for all subjects. Parents and guardians are always able to monitor their child's grades using the Wengage parent portal at www.ok.wengage.com/barnsdall.

All junior high game activities start at 5 p.m. Please check the school's Facebook page for updates and cancellations.

The teams will then host Lincoln Christian on Tuesday, Feb. 2. All wrestling duals begin at 6 p.m.
