Oklahoma Cattlemen to meet Nov. 19

Bartlesville Examiner-Enterprise

The last of a dozen Fall Gatherings sponsored by the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association will be held on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020.

The meeting will be held at the Pawnee County Fairgrounds Women’s Building (Expo Center), beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a beef supper.

The Pawnee County Fall Gathering is not limited to Pawnee County cattlemen. Any cattlemen who has not been able to attend one of the earlier Fall Gatherings is welcome.

The Fall Gatherings give OCA members a chance to get together for food, fun and fellowship with area cattlemen. Tips on protecting our ranching livelihood and enhancing production practices will be featured. OCA staff and officers will be available to bring members and guests up to date on the activities of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association.

Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association members are invited to attend and to invite friends and family to attend with them. Membership in the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association is not required, and this is an opportunity for new members to learn about this long-standing cattle industry organization and to become a member.

As OCA President Mike Weeks stated, “OCA protects your way of life so that you can do the things that need to be done on your operation.”

There is no cost for the evening meal. Attendees are asked to RSVP at okcattlemen.org or by calling 405-235-4391 to aid in meal planning.
