Members of the Osage County Retired Educators Association kicked off their new year on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019, and enjoyed not only a delicious luncheon and inspiring program, but quality time spent with like-minded friends who believe in and support the ideals of their professional organization, the Oklahoma Retired Educators Association. The OREA is the legislative voice in teacher retirement.

Meetings are held the second Thursday of every month from September through May and the opportunity for fun and fellowship is always provided.

Any retired teacher, school administrator, support staff member, or active teacher 45 years of age or older, may become a member. OCREA welcomes all levels of state education (public schools, colleges and universities, and career techs).

The pre-meeting luncheon begins approximately 11:30 a.m. and the meeting begins at noon in the Title 6 Building located at 350 Senior Drive, Pawhuska.
