Fire hydrants get a much-needed trim

Shelby Laird Pawhuska FFA

Several members of the Pawhuska FFA chapter officer team spent an evening traveling around Pawhuska in an effort to clean up fire hydrants to help our local firefighters.

Pawhuska FFA wanted to show their appreciation for the Pawhuska Fire Department by cleaning up the fire hydrants around town. We took multiple weed trimmers and FFA members to take care of them. We cleaned up the hydrants to help out not only the fire department but also to make the town look nicer. We also made note of hydrants that need to be repainted and plan to address this issue in the near future.

The Pawhuska FFA chapter recognizes the red. We personally thank you for everything you do for our community!
