Bobbie Dale Hayes

Mr. Bobbie Dale Hayes, 68, of Barnsdall, died at 7:45 P.M. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at his home in Barnsdall.

Funeral services for Mr. Hayes were held at 2 P.M. on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Barnsdall Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Loggins officiating. Interment was in the Ethel Reece Cemetery at Barnsdall directed by the Stumpff-Barnsdall Funeral Home.

Mr. Hayes was born at Portland, Oregon on July 30, 1949 the son of Pembrooke Hayes and Mildred Ellen (Moore) Hayes. He grew up and received his education in Barnsdall and graduated from Barnsdall High School. He also attended Tulsa Junior College where he received his Associates Degree and had also served with the Oklahoma Air National Guard. He was married to Sandra Jean McLaughlin on July 25, 1969 at the Barnsdall Freewill Baptist Church and they have made their home in Barnsdall. Mr. Hayes had been employed with Petrolite in Barnsdall from 1970 until 1980, with Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville from 1980 until 1986 and then established his own company, Hayes Field Services in thru which he did contract work with Phillips. He was a member of the Barnsdall Freewill Baptist Church, was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed hot rods.

Mr. Hayes is survived by his wife, Sandra Jean Hayes of Barnsdall, one daughter, Neely Hayes of Bartlesville, one son, Justin Hayes and wife Jennifer of Bartlesville, six grandchildren, Ricky Lee Allison and wife Kelly, Rusty Dale Allison, Spencer Wayne Hayes, Kassidy Jo Branstetter, Kameron Ryan Hayes and Kade Alex Hayes, and two great grandchildren, Aleiah Marie Allison and Aubrie Grace Allison. Mr. Hayes was preceded in death by his parents.
