Master Cattleman Course scheduled November 10

The Osage County OSU Extension Center is offering the OSU Master Cattleman Course. This 14 session course will cover all aspects of cow/calf management including nutrition, genetics, reproduction, financial management, forage management, herd health and more.

The OSU Master Cattleman course will begin at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Women’s Building on the Osage County Fairgrounds in Pawhuska.

Fee for the course is $150 per enrollee or couple. This includes a text and 28 hours of instruction by OSU staff members. Upon completion you’ll receive an OSU Master Cattleman gate sign and a certification of completion.

This is an excellent course for the experienced cattleman or someone just beginning in cattle.
