Virginia Kelderman

Virginia Leigh Kelderman, 70, of Pawhuska, passed away Thursday, April 7, following a long struggle with cancer.

Virginia was born in Pawhuska on Aug. 24, 1945 to Lillian Allene (Fortune) and Rolland Webster. After graduating from Pawhuska High School in 1963, she had continued her education at the Oklahoma School of Banking in Oklahoma City. She worked at Union Bank in Bartlesville, First National Bank in Pawhuska and in the Osage County Clerk’s office. Prior to her retirement in 2010, she had been’s Pawhuska City Clerk.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and John Locurto; grandchildren Jack and Siena Locurto, all of Allen, Texas; a sister, Patricia Webster and her husband Allan Cowell, of Pawhuska; and her mother, Lillian Allene Webster, of Pawhuska. She was preceded in death by her father, Rolland Webster.

Virginia’s wishes were to be cremated, with no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Journey Home Foundation, Inc.
