Council meeting Wednesday to discuss change in schedule

A special session of the Pawhuska City Council is set for Wednesday, Feb. 11, for discussions about altering the council’s regular meeting schedule.

Changing the normal twice-monthly council meetings to a once-a-month format were initially suggested at the council’s most recent regular gathering on Monday, Feb. 2. City officials also said they were considering moving the normal council meeting day from Monday and probably holding them on Tuesdays.

This week’s special Wednesday meeting is to begin at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 118 W. Main, according to City Clerk Barbara Smith.
