PAWHUSKA BDC OFFERS PROGRAM ON Bridging the Generational Gap

Tuesday, May 21 - Pawhuska Business and Development Center is having the Food for Thought; Lunch and Learn. “Bridging the Generational Gap” For the first time in history, there are four distinct generations in the workforce: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials…all with their own perspectives, styles, and expectations. Unfortunately, where there are differences, often there are conflicts. In the past, employers have had to apply general conflict-resolution approaches to overcome the tension created by these differences. But what if employees could leverage the differences between generations instead of just eliminating conflict? Join Tara Gotwalt and Tonya Foreman, from The Strategy Center, as they share insightful tips and techniques. 11:30 -1:00, Lunch Provided. To RSVP call 918-287-3357.
