Situated on the south side of Mummy Mountain, the home with four bedrooms and six bathrooms also comes with a wood-paneled office, an exercise room, a den with an outdoor patio, a negative-edge pool and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. R. Scott and Michelle Greer of the investment firm Numenor Ventures were the sellers.

The house has five bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, a guest house, a pool with cabana, chandeliers, a movie room with a candy stand, a room for table tennis, dual offices, hand-blown European glass and custom marble floors. C Plus Holdings LLC was the seller.
