The Oklahoma State Department of Health has announced it will offer curbside testing for the COVID-19 infection in Skiatook next Wednesday, April 15.

Persons 18 or older can seek a test if they are running a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher, if they have a persistent cough, or if they are having difficulty breathing.

The number to call is 918-287-3740, which is for the Osage County Health Department.

Callers need to specify that they want to be tested in Skiatook. The tests will be administered at 210 Bulldog Drive.

There is no charge for being tested, and insurance is not required. A doctor’s order is not necessary.

So far, April 15 is the only Skiatook testing date. If you need a test, you must call for an appointment.
