We are collecting donations of the following items to send to Dover Public Schools due to their recent fire: Sticky pads, boxes of crayons, pencils, folders, notebook paper, pens, books for the library, and etc. If you would like to donate something, please drop it off in the Wynona School Office. It would be greatly appreciated. We are collecting donations until Friday and will deliver on Monday, Jan. 25. Thank you in advance!

We are excited to welcome the “Farm to School” program on Wednesday, January 27. We are needing volunteers to help set up the program on Tuesday, Jan. 26. If you would like to help, please call the office at 918-846-2467.

The sophomores will be attending a tour of Tri County Technology Center on Tuesday, Jan. 26.

The high school and junior high basketball teams are having an Alumni game on Friday, Jan. 29. The women’s game will begin at 5:30, followed by the men. A concession stand will be available. Make plans to come and enjoy the fun!

WYNONA POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT

The Wynona Police Department and Wynona Public Schools are accepting books (suitable for school age children) and school supplies for the Dover Public Schools, whose high school burned down on Jan. 12. Donations can be made in the form of supplies and materials. People can also get them gift cards for Walmart, Office Depot and Staples. Donation are being accepted at Wynona School Office or at Town Hall to Chief Brian Lenington until Jan. 22 for delivery on Jan. 25.
