Pawhuska FFA members spread holiday cheer

Several members of the Pawhuska FFA Chapter recently visited the Pawhuska Nursing Home during the Christmas season.

While at the nursing home, these students sang Christmas carols, handed out gifts and spread Christmas cheer to the residents. As they handed out gifts, the students went to each individual room to visit with each resident personally. Knowing that Christmas is a time generally spent with friends and family, these students wished to make the residents’ Christmas as bright as possible.

Being a leadership organization, members of the FFA are continually searching for ways to give back to their community. They believe that citizens should take pride in their community and, as such, take efforts to help foster this pride.
