Pawnee Bill Rodeo

Whittney Mullins a Cleveland cowgirl will compete for Queen title at the Pawnee Bill Rodeo, 7:30 p.m. nightly, at the Pawnee Bill Memorial Rodeo with dancing nightly at the Pawnee Lakeside Arena. Whittney competes in the Pawhuska Playdays, Wynona Playdays, and the Calvacade, she lives in Cleveland area but spends much of her time in this area.
