Easter Egg hunting with a purpose

Six-year-old Nathan Pradmore has reason to smile. This first grade student was one of the first to find all 12 Resurrection Eggs during a recent Easter Egg hunt. Each of the numbered eggs contained a symbol and short Bible verse relating to Christ’s resurrection, beginning with a piece of cloth, followed by prayer stickers, a Hersey kiss, feather, coins, cross, dice and stone. The empty egg reflected Christ’s resurrection. The final egg contained a globe key chain and the verse from John 8:12, where Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.” Nathan is the grandson of Brent and Katie Swan.
