Red Ribbon Carnival

A Red Ribbon Carnival was held Thursday at the Osage County Fairgrounds in conjunction with National Red Ribbon Week, an annual event designed to encourage more drug-free, non-violent lifestyles. This Saturday, Osage Nation Social Services will be sponsoring a Red Ribbon Pow Wow from 1-7 p.m. at Wakon Iron Hall.
