The Annual Drummond Family Heirloom Exhibit officially begins Aug. 1 and will last the entire month.

These are items normally kept in storage that belong to the late Frederick Drummond and his wife Addie and their children from 1905 to 1956.

We are encouraging all to come for a visit and view some new and very interesting artifacts of the Victorian era.

A few of the items that will be shown is a Zither, a Sad Iron set and Mason items belonging to Frederick Drummond which include his Tricorn hats, mason license and the “book” of secret writings!

This exhibit will show what life was like during the early years of Hominy’s history and promises to be of interest to all!!

Our days and hours of operation are: Wednesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the first tour starting at 10 a.m. and the last at 4 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. with the last tour beginning at 4:00 p.m.
