Cedar Ridge Music Makers

Saturday, April 27- 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Osage County Fairgrounds- Agriculture Building featuring the Cedar Ridge Music Makers. Join us for a evening of music, dancing and BBQ. Dinner will be served from 4 – 7 p.m. Evening will include a silent auction and door prizes. Suggested dinner contribution is $25 per person and $40 per couple. Fire hydrant flush

The Pawhuska Fire Department will begin flushing fire hydrants on May 2, 2013. This will continue for approximately two to three weeks. You may see some discoloration in your water or low water pressure during this time that we are flushing in your area. Thanks you, Gip Allen Fire Chief

5K ‘Run For the Health of IT’

Get ready for an exciting Saturday, May 11. The Health Division of Osage Nation is hosting their annual 5K “Run For the Health of IT,” one-mile Fun Run & the Littlest Amazing Race at Cultural Park in Pawhuska on Lynn Ave. Plus there will be an Run For The Health of it Amazing Race that is spread out all over town. You must be entered to participate, as the first 16 teams will be chosen. Team of four must consist of one youth between the ages of 14 to 18. Call 918-287-5267 or come by 604 Kihekah to pick up forms. There is a $10 fee for the 5 K all other events are free. There will be music, games, and fun for all ages. 5 K Race will begin at 8 A. M. with medal ceremony set for 9:30. Amazing Race activities to begin at 10, please join us for a day of healthy activities.
