What a fun and exciting morning as 14 members of Tulsa’s Model T club came to visit the Drummond Home Saturday, April 6.

Guests had a wonderful time learning about the history of the family as well as enjoying the house. Afterwards, members went to wild Country meat Market to enjoy a delicious lunch and then on to touring more of Hominy’s rich history. A very enjoyable morning for all!

Recipe for this week is:

Million Dollar Casserole

Cook one pound ( 16 ounces ) of Macaroni according to package directions. Spread half of pasta into a 9 X 13 baking dish.

In bowl mix:

¼ cup sour cream

8 ounces of cottage cheese

4 ounces cream cheese

1/3 cup chopped green onion

½ cup of Parmesan Cheese

1 Teaspoon of salt, pepper, and garlic salt

Spread mixture evenly over pasta. Layer rest of pasta on top. Pour a 28 ounce jar of meatless or with meat spaghetti sauce over top. Top with more cheese and refrigerate over night. Next day bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
