The Osage County Interlocal Cooperative will conduct Kindergarten Round-Up at Pawhuska Indian Camp on March 22. This is a developmental screening for children preparing to enter Pawhuska kindergarten in August. Children must be 5 years of age before Sept. 1, to be eligible for the screening.
The DIAL-4 Screening will be administered. Additional screenings may include vision and hearing. Screening results will be mailed to parents following the conclusion of the screening.
Parents/guardians should plan to attend the screening so they may complete the parent questionnaire portion of the screening. Parents should bring shot records, birth certificates and CDIB cards/tribal membership documentation for children, if not previously submitted to the school.

Pawhuska parents will need to observe the following schedule according to last name in order to reduce waiting time. (Please allow 1 hour for the screening.)
A-F: 8:45- 9:30 a.m.
G-M: 9:30-10 a.m.
N-S: Noon to 1 p.m.
T-Z: 1- 2 p.m.
Note: The Pawhuska screening will be closed from 10:45am-12:00pm due to the lunch schedule in the gym.
