ROFF – Asher suffered an 8-0 loss to Granite Friday as Granite's Cole Fletcher threw a no-hitter and was one walk away from the perfect game.

Fletcher finished with 10 strikeouts for the win in the outing.

Braden Sanders was the losing pitcher and the Panthers had five hits, two home runs and took five free bases.

Chris Fletcher sent a two-run shot over the left field wall to lead 5-0 in the bottom of the third and Brady Hopkins had a three-run homer in the bottom of the fourth.

Jake Dobbs took a walk to lead off the top of the first and Tanner Wright made it on base in the fourth on a dropped third strike.

The Indians (10-10) will play one more game to finish up the Roff Tournament today.
