Jack Samuel Ward, 76, of Fairfax, died Sunday, March 30, in Fairfax.

Visitation will be held from 2-7 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at the Add’Vantage Funeral Home, Tulsa. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, April 4, at the Holy Ground Evangelistic Center, Tulsa, with the Rev. Tony Rogers officiating. Pallbearers will be Jay Ward, Caleb Ward, Jonathon Nave, Jeremy Nave, Kade Ward, Austin Ward and Caleb Ward Jr. Interment will be 3 p.m. Friday in El Cado Cemetery, Chautauqua, Kan. Arrangements are under the direction of Add’Vantage Funeral Service of Tulsa.

Jack was born May 3, 1937, in Pawhuska to Claude Ward and Orca (Williams) Ward. Jack was a resident of Fairfax for more than 20 years and was a retired oilfield worker.

He is survived by his wife, Carrie, of the home; two sons, Jack "Jay" Ward and spouse Mike McCool of Ponca City, and Caleb Ward and wife Donna of Fairfax; a daughter, Nia Nave and husband Sonny of Bartlesville; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
