The Oklahoma Department of Corrections said Tuesday that an investigation continues into a fight Saturday at the Dick Conner Correctional Facility, north of Hominy, that injured five people, all of them inmates.

According to the state agency, the fight involved “rival groups of individuals.”

Three inmates were transported for medical treatment, the ODOC said. Two were transported via medical helicopter, and a third was driven by ambulance to Tulsa.

Two other inmates were treated for their injuries at the correctional facility, according to ODOC.

None of the staff members working at the Dick Conner facility were injured, the ODOC said.
