The annual Jimmy Buffet-themed Barkaritaville benefit takes place Saturday, May 19, aiding homeless pets in northeast Oklahoma through Second Chance Pet Rescue.

GROVE – Don't miss this year's most entertaining summer party – Barkaritaville – this Saturday, May 19, at Honey Creek Landing (next to Honey Creek Bridge).

Second Chance Pet Rescue and The Parrot Steakhouse and Grill are excited to again host Barkaritaville benefitting the homeless animals of northeast Oklahoma. Barkaritaville will be a Jimmy Buffet-themed summer party overlooking the beautiful waters of Grand Lake. You can come to the Honey Creek Landing party by car or boat.

The party starts at 5:30 p.m. with a "Cheeseburger in Paradise" dinner grilled by The Parrot; live music to listen and dance to provided by The Exit 34 Band of Tulsa, and a live and silent charity auction. A cash bar will be available provided by The Parrot and the evening's dress code is casual tropical attire and flip-flops.

Trip for 2 to Hawaii that includes airfare and accommodations for one week donated by Williams Homes LLC and Dr. Ramie Lay of Grove Eye Center, An Evening Garden Party for 20 in Lendonwood Gardens with a beautifully set table and a delicious steak dinner donated by Rudy and Susan Moritz and Mulligans of Patricia Island, 2 Kayaks to enjoy paddling on beautiful Grand Lake o' the Cherokees donated by Grand River Abstract and Title and Grand Savings Bank.
