A 21-year-old Tulsa woman was taken by medical helicopter to a Tulsa hospital following a single vehicle accident Sunday in Osage County.
According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports, the accident happened around 6:20 p.m. on State Highway 11/ State Highway 99, approximately 2.4 miles south and 2/10 of a mile east of Pawhuska in Osage County.
At that time a 2007 Chrysler Sebring driven by 21-year-old D’Anna Cornelius was northbound on State Highway 11 whein it “departed the roadway to the left and rolled one time.” The car then “rolled a short distance down an embankment before coming to rest.”
Cornelius was transported by Life Flight to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, where she was admitted in stable condition, with trunk internal and head injuries.
One passenger, 19-year-old Madalyn White of Pawhuska was transported by Samaritan EMS to Jane Phillips Medical Center where she was admitted in stable condition for trunk internal injuries. She was later transported to St. Johns Medical Center in Tulsa.
A second passenger, 21-year-0ld Jacey Lookout of Pawhuska was transported by Pawhuska EMS to Pawhuska Hospital in stable condition where she was treated and released for trunk internal injuries.
Troopers listed Cornelius condition at the time of the accident as well as the cause of the accident as “driving ability impaired.”
