Pawhuska Community Foundation is offering up to $20,000 in grant opportunities available for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving the Pawhuska region.
The Foundation is requesting applications from any nonprofit which provides programs and services to the Pawhuska community. The Foundation will award a total of up to $20,000 to nonprofit organizations which are selected.
“The board is pleased with the projects that were funded last year and we look forward to reviewing this year’s applicants,” PCF Board President Chad Renfro said. “The deadline was extended this year to make up for the delayed announcement. There will be no extensions granted so please get your applications in as soon as possible.”
The grant application can be found at www.pawhuskacommunityfoundation.org and must be submitted by May 31, 2018.
PCF seeks to make a positive difference in the future of Pawhuska by empowering individuals, groups and the organizations of Pawhuska to strengthen and sustain the economic base, environment and quality of life in the area.
Since 1993, PCF has been hard at work pursuing this mission through support and funding of local community projects and organizations including Art Maker, LLC, the Osage Nation Foundation, Pawhuska Hospital Foundation, Pawhuska Public Schools Foundation, Preserving Arts in the Osage, the Ben Johnson Memorial Project, National Indian Taco Championship and Skate Board Park.
