James (Jim) Robert Audrain, Jr., 85, passed-away on February 10, 2018 at Hospice Home Care, Little Rock, Ark. Jim was surrounded by his family when he passed from this life to his eternal home in Heaven. Jim was born in Fairland, Okla. on September 30, 1932. He was raised in the area and graduated from Fairland High School in 1950. Jim enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1951 and was selected to serve within the intelligence community until his honorable discharge. He was employed by the BF Goodrich Tire Company in Miami, Okla. from December 1954 until his retirement in February 1986. While employed at BF Goodrich, Jim attended and graduated in 1960 from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kan., with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lura Mae Audrain; his father, James Robert Audrain, Sr.; and two sisters, Renee Mailes and Patricia McMullin. 

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Rob DeSilva; a grand-daughter, Kristen DeSilva; a niece Marcia Oberloh, and two great nephews, Brian and Brad Cantwell.  

Funeral services will be held graveside at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery located in Miami, Okla. with Reverend Geoff Buffalo officiating. Services have been placed under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
